Das sind die Gewinner der Golden Joystick Awards 2021 – Metroid Dread als bestes Nintendo-Spiel ausgezeichnet

Gestern fanden die Golden Joystick Awards 2021 statt – der Pandemie verschuldet allerdings rein digital und als vorher aufgenommene Aufzeichnung. Nichtsdestotrotz gaben die beiden Gastgeber Emily Rose und Nolan North, beide bekannt aus Naughty Dog's Uncharted-Reihe als Elena Fisher und Nathan Drake, die Gewinner der insgesamt 22 Kategorien bekannt.

Zu den diesjährigen großen Gewinnern zählen Capcom’s Resident Evil Village, welches gleich vier Auszeichnungen abgeräumt hat, und From Software’s Dark Souls, das sich als Ultimate Game of All Time betiteln lassen darf. Als Best Nintendo Game kann sich Metroid Dread beglückwünschen lassen, das sich neben Spielen wie New Pokémon Snap und Monster Hunter Rise behaupten konnte.
